What Pokemon are good against pinsir?

Jirachi is Psychic and Steel Type so fire and ground type moves are super-effective. Jirachi only naturally learns Normal, Psychic and Steel type moves so steel types are resistant to all three of these.

Fire, Flying, Rock type Pokemon

Pinsir is a bug type so the types that KaileeStar mentioned above will do double damage. Most of Pinsir's damage dealing moves are physical attacks so you'll want more Deffense that Special Deffense (Pinsir's Attack is also higher than it's Special Attack). It's Special Deffense is also lower than it's Deffense so something with a Special Attack would Be good. So far you need:

1-high Deffense

2-high Special Attack

3-Fire,Flying, or Rock type moves

Charizard or Arcanine should do ok. Moltres would do even Better. Typhlosion would be Perfect. sorry they're all fire types. Hope this helps

Any ground type. Pikachu is exclusively electric and as such is weak to ground, while ground is immune to electric. Additionally Electric and Grass Types each boast 1/2 resistance to electricity so they would work as well.
