There r 2 wayz 2 catch PALKIA in Pearl.1st u can weaken him by batling n use ultra ball.But i hav a Diamond version n i caught DIALGA by using master ball.U get da master ball from da leader of team galaxy in there HQ.So i think using master ball is a better way to catch PALKIA. its a waste of a masterball... its better if you have a action replay and you do the cheat for 999 masterballs (and 999 of any item/ball/berry/etc.), action replays are around $15-25 so its worth it.
