Yogi bear is a cartoon, fictional bear that lives in "Jellystone Park". His best pal is Boo Boo, claims to be 'smarter than the average bear' and is always trying to steal picnic baskets from the tourists.HIS ENEMIES ARE THE JOKER ,THE GREEDY GENIE,
Yogi Bear is an animal cartoon produced by the cartoon house of Hanna-Barbera. They came out in the early 60"s and were expanded into a feature length ( a la Disney) Cartoon movie in around l964-65. I know as it was the first movie I ever saw in a movie house.- Film was called Hey There, it"s Yogi Bear. Yogi Bear, the smarter-than-average Bear resides in Yellowstone Park, called Jellystone in the cartoons, other characters include younger pal Boo Boo and Yogi"s paramour Cindy Bear. It has never been stated whether Yogi and Boo-Boo are Father and Son, I think they are not, as BOO BOO never calls him Father, Dad, Papa Bear*!) The main human character is Ranger Smith and they are forever in conflict. Cindy was something of an afterthought. Some people thought Yogi Bear had homosexual overtones so they added a female character as a love interest. Come on over to my Cave!
