The movie covers eragon finding the egg, Gero's death, Brom's and Eragon's adventure, The rassac, Brom's death, Finding the vardon, Murtag being morzan's son, the fight under tronjeim (I know im butchering these name btw), Killing durza, and saving Area. It isn't very good and skips a lot of important stuff.
The first two
The book is better than the movie. It contains more information and is better told. I have seen all the movies and read the book a few times.
The movie has not been made yet, but people say that it will encompass only the first two books.
Grover was African American, MIT scrawny, and was a teen-looking. Not twelve-looking. Anabeth was a brunette and 16, not 12. Percy was 15/16 not 12 The movie plot was completely OFF from the book. Persephone was in it. When she's not in the book. If you think the first movie was GOOD you are not a fan and DID NOT read the book. Read the book then tue movie. You'll see how the movie was ALL wrong. (>-) <3 (-:
Right now that's the plan. The first book, Stormbreaker, has already been made into a movie. I think the second movie Point Blank (based on the second book) is being made into a movie now. It should be out sometime in 2011, I think.
if you are talking about the book, it is already out. if you are talking about the movie, no one knows yet, but all Eragon fans are hoping!
We're not quite sure, even Eragon doesn't know, but I guess we'll all find out in the fourth book!
To avoid spoilers, I won't reveal the outcome. However, the fourth book in the series, "Inheritance," centers around Eragon's journey to defeat Galbatorix, the evil king. The book explores Eragon's growth and struggles as he faces off against the powerful ruler.
yes, its called Brisingr. I have read all of the books and they are great
Different people have different tastes, likes and dislikes, in films, music, books etc. also, the movie was done rather badly. it cut out some major parts of the book, portrayed eragon, magic , saphirea(ect.) wrong. the "dwarves" weren't even short, im not sure if the meant for arya to still be an elf, because she didn't look it. the "urgals" had no horns, pretty much normal height, were horiible at combat, all of those are opposite of what the book said. and the props were terrible. the "egg" looked like a big jelly bean, the armor they show eragon for shaperia is a whole different set when she has it on. the swoards were cheap at the best. oh, and eragon just suddenly master everything brom teches him. oh, and the movie took place in about 4 or 5 days, the book was about 4 or 5 months at the least.
It is the second book in the Inheritence Cycle by Chistopher Paolini. It may refer to Murtagh, who is discovered to be Eragon big bro, even if later its said that they are half-brothers, Murtagh is Selenas eldest son. All the titles refer to something in the book. Something quite important. Like Eragon (Eragon, duh!) and Brisingr (his frikin awesome sword which will do big things)
becasue they cut out all the good stuff and the scenes were all too dramatic And, in my opinion, the dialogue was ridiculous and nothing like the book. As an example: Eragon: Saphira, can you find us? Saphira: [in a voice with the consistency of treacle] I never left you! Jeremy Irons as Brom did his best to save the film, but not even his talents could prevent it from being a disaster.
because they work on that for along time and forget all about the book and then have to rush through the book and the real book cover!
They are not sure yet because the first movie, Eragon, tanked in the box office.
i have seen it on the computer but not in the stores at all. we want to know to what happened to Eragon in the next book?
Well, honey, Murtagh didn't actually kill Eragon in The Inheritance Cycle. In the third book, Brisingr, Murtagh and Eragon have a big ol' fight, but it's their dragons, Thorn and Saphira, who end up getting all hot and bothered and causing chaos. So, no need to go spreading rumors about poor Murtagh being a dragon-slayer.
she chose Eragon because she felt that Eragon had the bravery' loyalty' and other stuff to be a rider that all the other people she was shown to didn't have.
