Diagon Alley. Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions for his school robes. Ollivander's for his wand. Eeylop's Owl Emporium is where Harry can get his owl. Also, there is Magical Menagerie which is a pet store except it sells more than just owls including rats, toads, cats, and pet supplies. Flourish and Blott's is a bookstore where he can buy all of his school textbooks. Potage's Cauldron Shop is where you can buy your different cauldrons. Slug & Jiggers Apothecary is where you can buy all of your potion ingredients. For his robes, he could also go to Twilfit & Twittings, but that is presumably a more upscale store as seeing that Narcissa Malfoy prefers prefers to shop there. And for quidditch, he could go to Quality Quidditch Supplies which sells the Hogwarts quidditch robes, broomsticks, quaffles, bludgers, bats, snitches, etc...
