He got another Chocolate Frog card with Dumbledore on it. And it mentions the two of them working together.
The chocolate frog cards were hidden throughout the various moments across all seven books. A bar at the bottom of each moment showed how much progress you had made, if it was full there was nothing left to find. In September 2015, Pottermore was redesigned and relaunched. The original concept of following and interacting with the story changed. You no longer collect chocolate frog cards.
They never really mention Harry's collection of Chocolate Frog Cards, or that he even has one the only known card that he has is Albus Dumbledore.

Some of Jim Crocodile Cook's signature cards include "Cyber Ogre," "Des Frog," and "Submarine Frog." He is known for his Frog Monarch deck, which focuses on using Frog monsters to swarm the field and control the game. Additionally, he is associated with the "Cactus Fighter" archetype.
Frogs? None, he's eaten them all. But the cards, he has all but two, Cornellius Agrippa and...someone else. That means he has approximantely 48 cards (not incluiding duplicates)
