Anne Frank had a blank book to write her diary in. She got it for her birthday while she was in hiding. Aside from that, she did not have many personal possessions while in hiding with her family.
Mary Shelley wrote frankenstein, Anne Frank was famous for her Diary when she was hiding from Nazi troops along with her family when Germany invaded Poland.
Edith Frank was 29-years old when her Anne, her youngest daughter, was born. She was 26-years old when Margot, her oldest daughter, was born.
Despite three separate criminal investigations, the betrayer of those in the Annex was never identified. At this range (66 years since the betrayal) it is very likely the betrayer is dead. There were three people in particular the various investigations focused on, but no proof beyond doubt could be established for any of the three of them (and indeed - it may have been someone completely different). This is an area that abounds with amateur detective work and speculation, none of which carries any proof.
Anne Frank hid for 2 years, July 6th, 1942 to August 4th, 1944. 25 months (which is 2 years and 1 month) On August 4, 1944 a German policeman found the annex (which was the secret place that the Jews were hiding in) and arrested the people. They threw Anne's diary on the floor because she always kept it in her fathers briefcase and the German policeman used the brief case for the jewelery. Miep Gies went back later, rescued the diary and gave it to Anne's father after the war. He published the diary. Two years and one month - almost to the day. Anne Frank was in hiding from Monday, July 6th, 1942 until August 4th, 1944. In total, she was in hiding for 2 years and one month.
