Since the ATK The Winged Dragon of Ra is based on the stats of the three monsters used to sacrifice it, easy to get out high ATK monsters would be in your best interest.
The Koa'ki Meiru cards feature many high ATK monsters and support cards that will enable you to Special Summon them (like Koa'ki Meiru Urnight). Ultimate Offering would be another good card to include to enable you to get out Ramore quickly than you would otherwise.
No, Ra is not in the old OCG version of the deck, or the upcoming TCG version. However Ra is being released in December, in Shonen Jump Magazine.

Winged Dragon of Ra has never been distributed as part of a deck. He can be found in certain booster packs and as a promotional card in a few other things, but not as part of a deck.
Marik Ishtar's deck in "Yu-Gi-Oh!" primarily features Dark and Zombie-type monsters, with a strong focus on the "Goddess of the Underworld" and "Horus" cards. Key cards include "The Winged Dragon of Ra," "Dark Necrofear," and "Gravekeeper's Servant." He also utilizes powerful spells and traps like "Seal of Orichalcos" and "Doomsday Horror" to control the field and support his strategy. Overall, his deck is built around themes of darkness, resurrection, and control.
the god cards are not tournement legal so i wouldnt bother. There have been shonen jump promo's that are tournament legal although they've never let me use it but a good deck to put ra in is a light monster spam deck a deck where you play multiple monsters per turn so that you can get him out quick. Obelisk i don't know but slifer wouldnt be bad in most piro decks ?
