Definatly not, I went and I met the agent of Top Model Lisa Cant, Pat Collins. This is a real competition. I won 3rd place.
This is a total scam. Please don't fall for this. Hundreds of people attend these every year and get scammed. All they do is try to make you attend a conference for a lot of money. Do a little research, agencies do not make you pay to be seen.
I went to the audition with a friend - they target anyone who looks gullible enough to pay - they don't care about your talent at all. If you really want to get in the business just contact local agents directly. You never need to pay for anything up front.

According to the information on the agency's website, they appear legit. As long as they do not charge upfront fees for workshops, photos or classes, they should be fine to sign with.

They are SAG, AEA, and AFTRA certified, they are probably the only ones around who are NOT a scam
No, they provide the opportunity to showcase talent in front of hundreds of industry professionals. They are not the talent agency, but they can give you connections to those who are.

There is a debate about whether Omni is a scam or not but they are a fairly new agency so it will take time for them to be completely established and reputable so it's too early to tell. Always do your homework and beware of any agency that charges upfront fees (which is illegal for agencies to do). The only way an agency can make money of its talent is to take out commission.
Short answer yes Based on what? If it were a scam I doubt there would be customer support and a refund policy.

According to the website called scamdex, which is the email scam resource website, this is a scam. They say it's classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 type scam email. There are many many entries for this type of scam. I found pages and pages of complaints about Auction Listing Employment Agency, so it is best avoided.

It's a scam. Typical modeling agency rip off, charge membership fees, upsell everything, deliver nothing. Get a bona fide agent if you think you have talent. They'll only take a percent off of real earnings that they'll assist you in getting. Not have you pay to work!
