You mean like normal rare or REALLY rare? I mean that normal rare cards are something like ex-cards, or something with over 150 HP, but if you really want to get the greatest collection ever, you must look:

-Light-pokemons. As there are dark-cards, there are also light-cards. I only got one, and I traded my snorlax ex for it.

-Japanese cards. Any cards that are not sold in your country are rear. I got one Japanese Blastoise, and English version of it.

-Phonys. I have a card, that is clearly phony: a too small "Charmander", with Fearow picture on it.

-Mistake print-cards, I don't have a one, but i know someone who has. He owns a shoebox full of Pokemon-cards, and one of them has strange backside on it. It was like backsides of four cards, that have been pictured together.

-Extremely rare cards. These are some cards that are only given to tournament champions. I own some broken old Pokemon cheat guides, and other one of them has a Pokemon top-3 rarest cards: Pikachu Trainers. These cards are only owned by the winners of the year 1997 Japan-tournament winners. Pikatchu illustratior: There exist only 3 of them in the world. And finally: Tropical Mega Battle Trainer: That have only been handed out for tournament winners.

Missing no-cards. This is a card of the weird unindetified Pokemon, that Ash saw in the haunted house, or the bug that can be seen in some gameboy games. Im not even sure if it exists, but ive seen pictures of them.

Hope you never get better collection than mine!
