Why doesnt the Pokemon move modifier not work for some Pokemon my mewtwo can learn like all the moves that i use my modifier to teach him but with dialga or palkia they cant learn anything with it?

No don't teach it because it learns some great moves but it depends what level it is not only that, but aura sphere is a supremely better move. it can take anything that flash cannon can and more. ice, rock, steel, normal--all aura sphere. I'm afraid i don't see the need.

Snivy Pros/ very fast looks cool has solid defense and solid stats in general Cons/ learns crappy moves is only very good at physical attack and doesn't seem to level up to quick Tepig Pros he is a complete tank extreme attack fantastic moves stats aren't to shabby Cons stupid looking evolutions is weak against more types due to other type seems to die easy Oshawoot Pros has extremely solid stats from oshawoot to samurott learns pretty good moves seems to be able to take some heat looks epic Cons since it's a water type you may have to teach it a ton of HMS like surf some times learns worthless moves My personal opinion is to chose oshawoot I loved him and I played the game with snivy as well overall to me oshawoots good ways out the bad but it's just my opinion

That Nidoking is pretty good. Nidokings, after about level 40, start to become weaker than other Pokemon you could have. Unless you teach that Nidoking some better moves, I would suggest getting rid of it for their stats aren't very pretty.
