One of the best, in my opinion, of animes that have 24 or more episodes is kachou WA maid sama. this anime is top notch and a second season is coming so that just makes it better.

Why does Funimation Entertainment only do 13 episodes series now?
13 episodes for the original old school ones. However, there is now a remake called Hellsing Ultimate which will be comprised of 10 OVAs in total. As of today (22.11.10), there have been 7 OVAs released so far.
