I think you should try ice beam, surf, thunderbolt and confuse ray, it´s a very consistent lot of attacks and it work realy realy well, I have a lapras in level 100 with those attacks and modest nature and his very powerfull, its not easy to beat him, so try it :) I think you will like it:)
