Percy Jackson is a novel character from Rick Riordan's book, "The Lightning Thief."
Percy Jackson was a son of Poseidon in the book, whereas Perseus was a son of Zeus in the myths. Percy did the same things as Perseus, such as cutting of the Gorgon, Medusa's head off by looking in a reflection of his sword. Much more to explain, but I hope you get the point.
:)
In the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, Perseus Jackson is Poseidon's son. However, in the original Greek Mythology Perseus was the son of Zeus, God of the Sky.

Percy Jackson is the son of Poseidon, and Poseidon's the king of the sea which basically means he controls the water so... Percy probably can control water.
Well if you are speaking of the Percy Jackson series than that would be Poseidon.
Percy Jackson's father Poseidon is the father of horses, so Poseidon could communicate with his creatures. Poseidon's children have the same power to communicate with horses, as Percy Jackson communicates with Blackjack and various horses throughout the series.
