That depends. Did you CATCH Dilaga? If not I hope u dint use your master ball. He is at the top of Mount Cornet. You travel WAY up there catch him and then you can get to Sunnyshore City! Get your 8th Badge, talk to the girl on the little patch of sand (she is a gym leader in Johto) she will give you what you need. Hope it helps! :)

first,get ready with some sitrus berries , at least ten.next you will need your strongest Pokemon.and some hyper potions , at least 10.and some revives.first you keep going forward until you see a ladder.go up and follow the path.there will be a trainer .get prepared to fight and when shes beaten use sitrus berries if you were damaged a little.next go to the ladder and its dark.use flash.and investigate.when you find the ladder thers another trainer ,beat her and go forward, there should be water,surf go left or right(i don't remember)and find the waterfall ,use waterfall and there will be a trainer which is blockinga pp up.beat him and grab the pp up and surf to the left until you see a waaterfall.go down and go left and find land.theres a ladder that's all i remember but you should see theres light then go up and theres a trainer beat him and heal your Pokemon directly after the fight then go up ,wally will appear. beat him, go up andright. theres the exit

I'm a new person: All this is correct I've done it myself and one more thing: BE SURE YOU HAVE AN ESCAPE ROPE AND SOME POKEMON THAT KNOW STRENGTH AND ROCK SMASH. IT'S EXTREMELY EASY TO GET LOST IN THERE.Also this technique will help alot.you don't need it but its still fine to do it. MAX REPELS.

well,depending on which route you took when you passed the 5th gym leader because the door was locked( #1 harthome city to solaceon town to vielstone) or (#2 harthome city to pastoria city) .to get there you will have to pass through the resort hotel on route 213,keep on going right unill you see either a person or route 222,if there isn't a person there proceed down route 222 and you will have to battle i think 15 to 20 trainers then you will reach sunny shore city .then beat the gym leader and walk up until you meet this person named jasmine.finaly use surf and swim down route 223 and then you will reach victory road(by the way the gym leaders are easyer to beat than in any other Pokemon game),if there is a person there there you will be stopped by him because of a power outage and you will have to go to valor lake(the one that got blown up by team galactic)and beat either azlef or uxzi,after you beat that proceed to route 222 and then follow the bold letters and then you will reach victory road,and that's how you do it your welcome!!

HM's needed:rock smash, strength,rock climb,waterfall and surf.go into victory road first.then keep going in as far as possible until you see water then surf down the left river.then go down 2 slopes then turn left.then keep going left and rock climb up the second slope you see. you should then see the exit.once you get to the Pokemon centre your friend will battle you. hope I helped.good luck!

You will have to first catch Lugia at Whirl Islands and then return to New Bark town and there is water at the left near your house and use surf to travel on your way to the victory road in soul silver.
