In Pokemon League
In Pokemon Emerald you cannot.
After you beat the Elite Four, go to the Battle Frontier.
sceptile or a blaizeiken or a swampert
in Pokemon emerald simply beat the elite 4 then you will be invited to the battle frontere then find it but it is not in sapphire or ruby sorry bout dat
The Elite Fours Pokemon are all in their 50s. The Champion at the end of the Elite Four has 60s though.
In Pokemon League
they dont have any.
no
there are 4 elite fours
It depends on your starter.
there the same
how to beat Pokemon emerald
You have to catch one in emerald after the elite four in Pokemon emerald and you have to trade the other lati from Pokemon sapphire or ruby.
Wallace is the champion of the elite four in Pokemon emerald
200 Pokemon is all the emerald Pokemon to get more beat elite four and get national dex
