The best moves for Gyarados in FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald is this moveset that relies on Gyarados' high Attack Stat, since the Physical/Special split hasn't taken effect on the Gen III games.

∙ 12y agoAbra can't learn much until it evolves unless of course that Abra inherits moves from its alakazam father here are some moves it can learn from breeding: Fire punch, Ice punch, Thunder punch, Psychic. Those are probably the best attacks you can have with an Abra.
