Ed says that they are 35 litres of water, 20 kilos of carbon, four litres of ammonia, 1.5 kilos of lime, 800 grams of phosphorous, 250 grams of salt, 150 grams of saltpeter and various other things. This was only the requirements for his mother though, and more of each element would have made a bigger person. Also, human transmutation didn't work with these ingredients anyway, as a soul was needed.
