When the group is in Charms class and are attempting to do the spell "Wingardium Leviosa" but Seamus Finnigan had a little trouble with it, and so blew it up. This happens often throughout the movie and is not a particular spell as such, but merely a mistake and explosion of magic.

He is seen using the spell "eye of rabbit, harp string hum, turn this water into rum" which, in the movie, only results in an explosion. He only managed to get the water to turn into a weak tea.
