What are the three Pokemon in the burned tower?

You get the three legendary Pokemon from the tower in ways: one is they are roaming the land of johto, like entei and raikou, the other way is suicune who you must find in different places after you go into the tower. The order you must find suicune is cianwood city, outside of mount mortar (Not where you got strength, surf over to the other side and use cut on the small tree, suicune is next to the apricorn trees), then suicune goes to kanto in vermilion city . Then after you defeat misty, you will confront suicune, so this is your chance to catch him, good luck!

When you get to the bottom of the burned tower, you will find three legendary wolf - like pokemon. The red and brown one is a fire type and is called Entei. The yellow and purple one is an electric type and is called Raikou. And last, but definitely not least, the blue and purple one is a water type and is called Suicune.

It isn't impossible. When you first meet them, they scatter across the world. There are ways to track them, but you have to chase them down on foot. If you fly to a city nearby them, they jump to a new area. If you damage them (or put a status ailment on them) in battle, that damage/ailment carries over to the next time you fight them (they like to run away in fights).

Suicune is different (it actually follows you) and after you see it by the Vermillion City Port, It'll be at level 40 on a hill near Bill's House. btw Misty and Bill will be standing there and it may look different to you, but it looks like they were on a date.
