the artist painted a picture for my sister now deceased about 5 years ago and i am trying to find out what i can about the artist. my sister lived in yorkshire so i assume the artist lived there also

A picture can have as many legs as you think you have like so if i painted a picture of myself i would not paint myself the wrong way only i know how i look and no artist can tell me different
