If you're asking about when they meet at the end of the movie (when Meg Ryan finds out NY152 is Tom Hanks) they meet at the 91st street garden in Riverside Park-which is on the upper west side of NYC (the neighborhood they both live in).
When Tom Hanks first realizes "shopgirl" is Meg Ryan, he sees her at Cafe Lalo on 83rd between Broadway and Amsterdam.

∙ 14y agoThey see each other twice in the film without knowing who they're actually looking at (that they are already aware of the other person, but haven't met) I can't remember the first time, but the second time Tom sees Meg from the side of the road when Meg is getting into her car.
They finally 'meet' at the very end of the film, on top of the Empire State Building.
