There are no Demigods in Hera's cabin because she is the goddess of marriage, so the cabin is just for show.
There are also no Demigods in Artemis' cabin because she swore off men, but she and her hunting party use the cabin when they are passing through.
Zeus' cabin is empty, but the two Demigods that it is for have used it, Thalia and her brother Jason (Jason is an exception though, as his dad is the god Jupiter, the Roman Zeus. He and Thalia were separated as children by Juno and Hera because Jason had a great destiny at the Roman Camp Half Blood)
At present, Hades cabin is also empty, but that is because his son, Nico, lives with him and Persephone. Nico's sister, Bianca, joined Artemis' Hunting group and is recently decreased. Nico hopes to get his father to bring her back. Nico also has a grudge against Percy Jackson, as he thinks Percy could have prevented Bianca from dieing.
