She is in "The Killing Joke".
Joker’s most common and most use origin story is the Killing Joke. To summarize it real quickly Joker is a failed comedian whose wife and child supposedly died and he gets stuck and doing this robbery job that he had only gotten because he wanted to help his family out. The other gangsters wouldn’t allow him to back out of the gig so he had no choice but to go on with it. The job was robbing the ace chemicals plant which didn’t end well with Joker falling into the vat of chemicals which resulted in his hair turning green, his skin turning bleach white, and him ultimately going insane and losing all of his memories.
While in the arkham asylum joker told batman about two criminals escaping the asylum, then one jump across a nearby house they were free but the second criminal was scared, the the frirst criminal proposed that he would falsh his falshlight over the gap, but the second criminal said that he would turn it off when he was halfway there
What is & isn't "evil" is culturally subjective. For one, the Joker has no official origin story. not even the oh-so-popular Killing Joke, which isn't as detailed as the new Lovers & Madmen origin. If he is evil, it's because he's sane. He fakes his insanity to stay cozy in Arkham instead of rotting on death row. He's an actor with a high IQ & rock-bottom morals. If he's not evil, it's because he's insane & believes that the world is just a dream where he & Batman are the only real people. If he truly believes this, then he believes that the people he kills don't really exist. Legally, that would make him not competent enough to be responsible for his own actions.
A bed joke usually means an intimate joke or an inside joke, usually shared with a family member
