Many people take benefit of using clay internally (with water, don't just eat it like it is). Here are a few ways how you can benefit from drinking water with clay (1/2 to 1 tsp in one cup of water):· - Digestive disturbances like acid reflux, constipation, bloating, gas, etc. (Kaolin clay was common ingredient in medicines like Maalox and Rolaids for years)· -To help speed recovery from vomiting and diarrhea· -DetoxificationMake sure to use quality clay that is suitable for internal use. Bentonite clay is a good example.Bentonite Clay is a unique clay due to its ability to produce an "electrical charge" when hydrated. Upon contact with fluid, its electrical components change, giving it the ability to absorb toxins. Bentonite is known for its ability to absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, impurities, and chemicals for our body. The downside: Clay sees medications as toxins as well. So if you are taking Birth Control pills or medication, it will capture those compounds and eliminate them from your body… and they will have no effect. So be careful with clay.

unfortunately you can't. no matter how much you try and rehydrate clay, it has already started a process of chemically changing in the absence of water. after a certain amount of water has evaporated from it, it will turn hard, and eventually without proper firing will become crumbly and very dusty. keep clay wrapped well and it will keep for years!

It would be easier to remove the clay from a soil, as clay is a component of soil. Dissolve the whole mass into water solution, let set several minutes as this will settle out the sand and silt particles. Pour off the dirty water. Your clay is in the dirty water. remove water by evaporation.
You should wedge clay before you work with it, to redistribte the minerals it is made of and remove air bubbles.
