no not really because a friend of mine had a deck with every card that had to do with destiny heroes and i beat him easy
No, only monsters who specifically say they do, gain such a bonus. Relinquished for example, is one. It gains a bonus depending on what it has equipped, as does Destiny Hero Plasma. Dragunity monsters do not, unless one does actually say so.
There are quite a few differences between the two HERO archetypes:The design of "Elemental HERO" (E-HERO) cards are based on anime and manga superheroes. The designs for the "Destiny HERO" (D-HERO) cards are based on British references and anti-heroes (such as D-HERO Double Dudereferring to Dr.Jekylland Mr. Hyde).Thematically speaking, E-HERO cards rely more heavily on Fusion and feature many Normal Monsters with different attributes. D-HEROes, on the other hand, swarm the field to provide tributes for their more powerful counterparts such as Dreadmaster, Plasma, and Dogma. They also rely on "destiny" with many of their card effects resolving at a later point from when they were activated (i.e. Defender and Doom Lord) or relying on chance (i.e. Dasherand Diamond Dude). Many cards specially target E-HEROes while others are made for D-HEROes.D-HEROes tend to have low ATK and DEF; as such they do not fare well in battle and rely on other cards to stall the battle or feature benefits by being seeing sent to the Graveyard. E-HEROes have higher ATK and have card effects such as Skyscraperand Flame Wingmanthat incentives you to attack.
Elemental Hero Plasma ViceAttribute: EARTHType: Warrior/Fusion/EffectLevel: 8ATK: 2600DEF: 2300"Elemental Hero Sparkman" + "Elemental Hero Bladedge"This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. By discarding one card from your hand, destroy 1 monster in Attack Position your opponent controls.
The question is a bit broad. here are two possible answers to your question:1. How do you obtain "Elemental Hero Divine Neos"?"Elemental Hero Divine Neos" was released in the TCG booster pack Crossroads of Chaos.2. How do you get "Elemental Hero Divine Neos" onto the field? You must Fusion Summon this card using five monsters. These five monsters must have "Neos", "Neo-Spacian", "Elemental Hero", "Destiny Hero" or "Evil Hero" in their card name. Out of the five monsters, you must include one "Neos" monster, one "Neo-Spacian" monster and one ("Elemental", "Destiny" or "Evil") "Hero" monster.I am pretty sure he meant how to get it in a pack. What I am confused about is that the ratio for a Secret Rare is 1 in 31 Packs (double-u-tee-eff that) and there are ONLY 24 packs in a box. So, I want to ask, why is Konami such an idiot?
If you mean Union monsters then yes they do, as will any monsters turned into Equip cards by monsters such as Destiny Hero Plasma or Koa'Ki Meiru War Arms.
Well, the easiest combination would be Plasma, Jinzo (preferably with Amplifier), and either Spell Canceller or Horus the Black Flame Dragon. Plasma can be tricky, though: if you equip him with a monster you would have no way to destroy the monster to equip him with a stronger card. Also, DARK ILLUSION is a fantastic card for any DARK deck, as it negates and destroys a card with a Dark attribute when it is targeted (like Plasma, which is a hassle to get out on the field).

If you are referring to Destiny Hero Plasma's ability that states, "You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card...", then the answer is no, this effect cannot be activated on your opponent's turn. This is because the effect only has a Spell Speed of 1 (for more on "Spell Speed", see the Related Links section below). That being said, Plasma's other effect that negates the effects of your opponent's face-up monsters is continuous and still works during your opponent's turn.
Destiny's Trump Card was created in 1915.
There is no real clash between the effects. If Consecrated Light is face-up on the field, then Plasma simply cannot be summoned. If Plasma was summoned first, and Consecrated Light enters play, all of Consecrated Light's effects are negated, there is no clash because Consecrated Light does not deal with the effects of Dark monsters.Plasma can therefore declare attacks against it, destroy it in battle, deal battle damage, etc. Plasma can also simply absorb it as an equip card.

Yes it is.Card Name: Over DestinyCard #: DP05-EN021Type: Normal SpellText: Choose 1 "Destiny-Hero" monster from your grave. Special Summon on Monster with "Destiny-Hero" in its name with level half of the selected monster from your deck. The monster special summoned by this effect is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn.Rarity: Super Rare
you mean the polymerization card? You have to beat at least 3 world. You can get the polymerization card in an Elemental Hero booster pack
