No, there is no such card, or rather, there are two cards which are mistaken for it.

The first card is an Asian tournament promo, card code T3-01, which was the prize for the Third National Conference tournament in Japan, in 2001. The card is an alternate art Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, and only one exists. However it is not depicted as wearing armour, and its name is unchanged.

The second card is from the older, Bandai OCG, which predates the current Duel Monsters series. One card is called Blue-Eyes White Dragon's 3-Body Connection, and while at first glance the art is depicting an armoured Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, it is actually three Blue-Eyes White Dragons bound together by a "Wicked Chain".
