If you haven't beaten the Kanto gyms do that but if you have find and battle Red in Mt Silver. If you don't want to do that go and register the gym leaders in your pokegear and then call them at different times of the week to battle them.

∙ 12y agoMost likely you can train in Mt. Silver now so I would go there and fight some wild Pokemon there, because the Pokemon there are most likely levels that range from 40-50. Hope this helped!
