What do you do after you beat the elite four twice in Pokemon fire red?

The Pokemon i always use to beat the elite four are charizard,mewtwo,tyranitar,zapdos,alakazam, and suicune.

Lorelei=charizard for jynx and piloswine, and zapdos' thunder for the rest

Bruno=charizard for onix and steelix, and zapdos with drillpeck with the rest

Agatha=mewtwo or alakazam(you choose) for all of them

Lance=Zapdos for gyarados and aerodactyl,alakazam or mewtwo for the dragonites,

Gary=Zapdos for pidgeot,mewtwofor rydhon,zapdos with alakazam,charizard for execotur,zapdos with blastoise

that's how i usually beat it the first time and the rest of the times

i have beat the elite four 120 times and got my Pokemon to all lvl 100 with 300 hours of gameplay.

use the same Pokemon the second time but beat them for their weaknesses like when you fight Gary the second time, he has a heracross. You can either charizard or zapdos with drillpeck

Go back to One Island and talk to Celio in the Pokemon center he will mention a Ruby gem go north to Mt Ember defeat the two rockets and go inside the cave find the Ruby and give it to Celio he will then mention another gem and give you the Rainbow Pass head to four island and go in icefall cave use the ice to skate to the ladder that leads to an item this is HM07 Watefall teach it to a Pokemon go up the waterfall go to the ladder and you will find Lorelei with some rockets defeat the rocket and she will take care of the rest talk to her then leave. Go to six island and go south to ruin valley go to the cave called Dotted Hole use the move Cut to open the door then go in. Fall down the hole then fall down the holes in this sequence: Up, Left, Right, Down. Take the gem its a sapphire but it gets stolen go to five island and go east and in the rocket warehouse find the scientist who stole the sapphire and defeat him in a battle he will give the sapphire back to you. Finally take this to Celio and he will operate the big machine now you can trade between ruby, sapphire and emerald version also Pokemon colosseum and Pokemon xd gale of darkness.

Once you beat the Elite Four there is nothing left for you to do. You can free roam around the Kanto region, level up your pokemon, you can even try and beat the Elite Four again. There is no limit on how many times you beat the Elite Four. However, with gym leaders, you can only beat them once.

Go to one island and find mt ember there will be 2 rockets and a cave nearby beat the rockets and go in the cave, if its not there make sure you have the national dex if you don't get 60 Pokemon or more then talk to prof oak, now inside this cave is the ruby you must get it then go back to the one island Pokemon center and give it to the guy near the big machine. Now you can go to islands 4-7 on six island is the sapphire but you must first go to four island and go inside icefall cave and find HM7 waterfall then teach it to a Pokemon and then go up the waterfall in the cave go to the ladder and you will find a rocket beat him then go to six island and go south until you find a cave use Cut on the door to open it and now your in the cave. Fall down the holes in this order Up, left, right, down.
