After you get inside, read the signs and they tell which hole to jump in. I didn't have a braille translator but it is still easy. The sign with 2 figures is UP, 5 figures is RIGHT, and since left and down both have 4 letters, you can easily tell by left's first figure being a straight line. In the end, you find the sapphire, but somebody steals it and takes it to 5 island Rocket's warehouse where you go to obtain it.
