All you have to do to get the sapphire in leaf green and fire red, is get the ruby. But first I'll tell you how to get the ruby.
Get the Ruby:
First, go to one island. Then, go to mt.ember. Then when you walk into Mt. Ember, go right. (You have to beat the elite four for this to work.) You will see two team rocket grunts, and before you can go up to them, you will suddenly stop. You'll hear them say something like this: "What were the rocket warehouse passwords again?" "What?! You forgot the passwords, already?! Well, ones 'Goldeen need log', and the other one is..." "Hey! That kid has been snooping up on us all that time!" Then go up to them, and battle both. then they'll teleport away. Then go into the cave they dug. When you get to the two way part, go down. Get through all the 'strength' mazes, and get the ruby. Then go to the Pokemon one island center, and give Celio the ruby. (He asked you before if you could get the ruby, if you went there.) Then he'll say "thank you', and he'll give you a rainbow pass. The rainbow pass let's you go to the sevii islands.
Get the Sapphire:
Go go to the six island, and go to the dotted hole. (Just check on the map Celio gave you.) The braille on the front door says, "cut". It doesn't look like that, but look on your braille chart you got with the pack of the game. So, use cut, and the door will open. Fall through the hole in the middle of the room, and read and follow all the braille tablets in each room. Then when you press 'A' on the sapphire, a 'Super Nerd' will come in. He takes the sapphire before you do, and tells you the second password for the werehouse. Then go to the five island, and go to 'Five island meadow'. Beat all the rocket grunts there, and get through the warehouse. I'm sorry I don't know how to get past the werehouse, but my sister does. Then when you get through the werehouse, you'll see that Super Nerd again. Battle him and win. Then he'll give you the sapphire.
Note: When you get the Ruby, above on the wall in braille, it says to put both gems on the ruby tablet. The only way to do that is trading. You get two Gameboys, and two games, and don't give the sapphire you just got to Celio. That'll ruin it. Make sure the other game has not given the ruby to Celio. Trade the sapphire into the other game, and put them both on the tablet. I don't know what will happen, because I think I'm getting Fire red for Christmas. Then the next day I'm seeing someone with a gameboy. Then I'll see what happens, and I'll tell everybody who can't do this for some reason.
P.S. You also have to do the competition in the Ice fall cave for this to work.
I am a different person but i am trying to figure out What do you do next but i know how to catch mewtwo go to cerulean cave go on the nuget brige take a left you see water surf follow it until you find land go on it find the opening surf again till you find the last thing with a ladder go in it then your half way there go in a laddersurf until you find mewtwo oh there is an easey way to get out if you have a Pokemon that knows dig catch mewtwo and talk to someone
