∙ 14y agoTalk to the mum (inside the house), then the Sailor (The same one you use to go to Iron Island, (Outside the house, then right-down)) He will take you to Full Moon Island, talk (a) to Cresselia- it will run away, but leave an item to heal the little boy. You can now find Cresselia around Sinnoh, like Mesprit.
