well i just found out its simple no you cant serebii proved that to so face the facts it cant learn the moves
You have to beat all the levels... You Dont need all minikits.....
Between levels 14 and 18 somewhere in between those numbersJ
In my opinion, once you finish the game, put the Pokemon you want to level up in the front and switch to a better Pokemon when doing the Pokemon league. This way, the Pokemon in front is guaranteed about 1000 or more exp. If you haven't beaten the league yet, fight every trainer in the game. If you really did that already, then fight some high level Pokemon in the wild. There are some high leveled Pokemon in the cave that mewtwo is in and all over the place. rare candies are an okay idea but when a Pokemon levels up with a rare candy, it will be a little weaker than it would be if it had leveled up with exp.
There is an exception when it comes to using the Repel items, if the wild pokemon in the area you are in are higher leveled then the pokemon that is first in your party then they will still appear. This also happens when your pokemon is holding Cleanse Tag so to avoid encounters you will need to make sure your first pokemon in your party is above the levels of the wild pokemon in that area.
Digimon from the Xros Wars era don't have levels, so comparing their power to any leveled Digimon is wrong by default. And even if he had a level it would still be difficult to measure his power because he was barely shown doing any fighting. From what we could see from him he is not very impressive, what is not surprising considering he is not a fully matured Digimon from Xros Wars standards, just a kid.
It doesn't evolve through levels use a thunderstone
Depends on the level it started with. If it is low leveled it will level up more than if it is high leveled. If it is high leveled it might not level up at all.
cellstissueorganorgan systemThe four levels of organization are:-cell-tissue-organ-organ system
it all depends on the Pokeball, HP, level, and the Pokemon for example, normal Pokeball - Low chance on a high leveled pokemon, but good on a low leveled pokemon Greatball - Really good on low leveled pokemon, but pretty decent on high leveled ones Ultraball - GREAT on low levels, really good on high levels Masterball - 100% also, with the Generation IV new pokeballs, it depends on time, location, and times captured(Repeat Ball)
get the cannon in the worlds
First, you've got to look at the levels around it and find the one that is closest to the cannon. Go into the level and somewhere in it you will find a secret exit. After you have found it the cannon level will be unlocked. There are no enemies in it so no need for preparation. In the cannon level there will be the cannon a little to the left of where you start. Enter the cannon like you would a pipe and it will blast you past several worlds. To find the secret exit to the levels I suggest that you get on youtube and search for Super Mario Wii cannon level or something. Happy level skipping!
If you want a 3- leveled town, you'll have to keep erasing and making new towns until you finally get one.
You have to find a time warp pipe in w 2-4
