moltres is by island 1 go surf at mount ember. zapdos is at the power plant. articuno is in the fuchsia city surf and it is in seafoam island
They are all lv. 50.
Bring lots of ultra balls. Weaken its health so it has barely any health left (red zone). Also, bring a Pokemon who can parlyze or put to sleep the bird. Then throw a ultra ball. (it might take multiple tries) Once u throw it, repeatedly press A and B. That's how i caught them :)

∙ 14y agoif you saved it before you killed them, TURN THE GAME OFF RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you didn't save it you can't catch them
