Unfortunately, there are not many options. The options that you do have depend upon your age. If you are under the age of 18 then you can contact social services, but many people do not feel comfortable with this level of state involvement. You may of age to move out, and perhaps just go to live with another relative.
The only other option that I can think of is for you to just go along with it for now. Ignore the remarks, and answer "yes" to her questions. This is not cowardice, it is simply doing what you must do until there is another option. When you see a safe option arise, take the opportunity, and a leap of faith. This is exactly what I did, on a huge scale. You can do it. :)
