easy. head up to blackthorn city by going through the ice tunnel and beat clair, the dragon master. then you can chalenge the elite four, but i suggest going and catching the legendary pokemon, Lugia or Hoho, depending on your version. lugias in the whirl islands, and hoho is on top of the unburned tower in the city with the kimino s. if you own S. Silver you nead the rainbow wing to catch him, which can be found in kanto reagion.
