He tells Harry what the mirror does and then tells him it will be moved to a new home and that he shouldn't go looking for it because "it does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live".

Ariana Dumbledore.
It is the Aberforth Dumbledore, who is Albus Dumbledore's brother. At first Harry thought it to was Albus though that is impossible seeing as he is dead. The piece of the mirror is part of one of two Two Way Mirrors that Sirius had given Harry before he died, though Harry hadn't known what it was until after his god father's death. The reason Aberforth has it is because Mundungus had looted Grimmauld Place and found Sirius's mirror then sold it to Aberforth.
No, the stone was actually in the Mirror of Erised. He had to want the stone, but not want to use it to get it out.

The last challenge protecting the philosopher's stone was designed by Albus Dumbledore. Harry had to get the stone out of the mirror of erised, which was easy for him because Dumbledore had enchanted the mirror to only give it to somebody who wanted it but not to use it. Harry then had to prevent Professor Quirrell and Lord Voldemort from taking it from him. Quirrell's selfishness meant he couldn't touch Harry without suffering extreme pain. Harry used this to keep Quirrell off him until Dumbledore arrived.
It was called "The Mirror of Erised". The Mirror of Erised if I remember correctly
Albus Dumbledore did.
The Mirror of Erised (desire spelled backwards) was a magic mirror that showed the looker their heart's deepest desire. Some lookers had trouble remembering that what they were viewing was not real, and were said to have wasted away from in front of the mirror. Dumbledore also used the mirror to help hide the Philosopher's (Sorcerer's) stone.
