Azkaban is the wizard prison in Harry Potter.

If you mean what does it represent in a metaphorical sense, I suppose it represents the evil not only in the magical world but also in the muggle world, and that terrible things can happen to people who do the wrong thing by themselves and their community.

If you mean what does it represent in that you think it is an acronym, it doesn't represent anything. The letters in the word Azkaban do not represent anything and the word is not an acronym.
