He says they want revenge.
because he thought the men had hidden the dwarves
Bilbo complements Smaug with names to show his power, such as Smaug the magnificent, he also gives the dragon fake names instead of Bilbos real name because the dragons were convincing and tried their best to get information from the speaker if they had decided to let them live for a while longer
Bilbo demonstrates good sense when the dwarves discover the treasure by urging caution and emphasizing the importance of not letting greed cloud their judgment. He understands the potential dangers of the treasure, particularly the dragon Smaug's wrath and the corrupting influence of wealth. Bilbo's pragmatic approach helps to keep the group focused on their original goal rather than getting lost in the allure of the gold. His foresight ultimately helps them navigate the challenges that arise from their newfound wealth.
Bilbo stamps his foot and yells "Light! Light! Light!" repeatedly until the dwarves relent and come down the tunnel. They are deathly afraid of Smaug returning, but Bilbo's cries draw them to him.
Bilbo described himself to Smaug this way: '"I come from under the hill, and under the hills and over the hills my paths led. And through the air. I am him that walks unseen." "I am the clue-finder, the web-cutter, the stinging fly. I was chosen for the lucky number." "I am he that buries his friends alive and drowns them and draws them alive again from the water. I came from the end of a bag, but no bag went over me." "I am the friend of bears and the guest of eagles. I am Ringwinner and Luckwearer; and I am Barrel-rider."'* *The Hobbit, Del Rey paperback edition, pp. 222-223. "Inside Information"

J.R.R Tolkien writes "Bilbo had heard tell and sing of dragon-hoards before, but the splendour, the lust, the glory of such treasure had never yet come home to him. His heart was filled and pierced with enchantment and with the desire of dwarves; and he gazed motionless, almost forgetting the frightful guardian, at the gold beyond price and count" From this we can summarize that Bilbo was absolutely taken aback from the wondrous sights he sees. J.R.R Tolkien also writes that Bilbo gazed upon the dragon and treasure "for what seemed an age" in my opinion he felt a certain thrill from this sight. Hope that helps!

Yes, the wizard(Gandalf) likes Bilbo very much. It is by the will of Gandalf that Bilbo comes along with the dwarves for the quest. His concern for Bilbo can be seen when all the dwarves come out from goblin's cave but Bilbo remains behind. Gandalf continues to visit Bilbo even after the end of dwarves quest.
According to the book The Hobbit, Smaug describes himself as such: "Now I am old and strong. My armor is like tenfold shields, my teeth are like swords, my claws spears, the shock of my tail a thunderbolt, my wings a hurricane, and my breath death! I am armored above and below with iron scales and hard gems. No blade can pierce me." This is the only part in the book in which Smaug describes himself. Hope this answer helped! Nagem8.
