Your pokemon with an Adamant nature will have increased Attack and decreased Special Attack. The increase and decrease are all by 10%. If your pokemon is something like Rhydon, Medicham, Dodrio, or anything else that relies on physical attacks, it's an excellent nature, in fact the best one possible. If it's something like Starmie, Manectric, Gardevoir, or something that relies on Special Attack, it's absolutely terrible. Rule of thumb: if the pokemon has an Adamant nature and its Special Attack is still higher than its Attack, it's probably a good idea to find a replacement. An Adamant special attacker (or Modest physical attacker) will do nothing well.
Powerful physical attackers work best with Adamant(powerful) natures, but if Speed is an issue, Jolly(fast) is recommended. Acceptable natures are Lonely/Naughty(powerful and frail), and to a lesser extent, Brave(slow and powerful), and Naive/Hasty(fast and frail).
Special attackers should have Modest(powerful) natures, or if Speed is an issue, Timid(fast). Acceptable natures for Special attackers besides those are Mild/Rash(powerful and frail), and to a lesser extent, Quiet(slow and powerful), and Naive/Hasty.
And, if training a physical attacker, defeat the following species/families if possible, to optimize Effort Values for Attack for all Pokemon that gain Exp from the battle:
Machop, Doduo, Shuppet, Poochyena, Absol, Carvanha, Shiftry/Nuzleaf(not Seedot).
The following species/families give Effort Values in Special Attack:
Spinda, Slugma(not Magcargo), Abra, Ralts, Roselia, Numel(avoid Camerupt).
Camerupt, Cacturne, and Seviper should be avoided since they give EVs in both, and Pokemon generally should use only one attacking stat, with the possible exception of Blaziken, Salamence, Swampert, Camerupt, and Flygon, which can all go mixed.
It means that it's personality is adament, so it likes red (spicy) pokeblocks.
pokemon with bold nature has increased defence stat and decreased attack stat... try to google full list of all natures...
If you mean using the DS wireless feature instead of the Sapphire link cable feature, then no. Pokemon sapphire does not have wireless communication enabled.
If you mean "Is Juan the leader in Pokemon ruby?", then no. It's Wallace who's the leader. Juan is leader only in Pokemon emerald. The champion is Wallace in Emerald, but Steven is the champion is Ruby and Sapphire.
