You have to save the Pokemon world from becoming paralised and you originaly help the guild you join to stop bad Pokemon then you have to stop Grovyle as everyone belives he is stealing the time gears but hes taking them to take them to Temporal Tower to stop the planets paralysis and you end up helping him as it turns out tht you are from the future and he was your friend and you get taken by Dusknoir into the future which is already parlysed and you escape and Grovyle and Celebi help you get back to the past and take the time gears to the Temporal Tower and Grovyle helps you and you stop the planets paralysis.

after you graduate go to luminous spring you and your partner can't evolve but all other members can.

when you unlock marine resort talk to ursarings and you and your partner can evolve (pikachu still needs thunder stone). (Rilou needs sun ribbon and an IQ of over 1.5).

The secret slab and mystery part are two held items. If you have one of them in your treasure bag, it allows many of the legendaries to appear in select dungeons. Without one of them, there is no way to get those legendaries.
