When Manaphy gets sick, then you will be able to go to Miracle Sea to get the Phione dew to heal Manaphy.Once you clear the dungeon, you will see a group of Phione will be there but a mean ol' Gyrados will come and try to steal the phione dew! but you have to battle him.after you win the phione will give you the phione dew,so when you heal manaphy you can go back to Miracle sea and one of the Phiones will automaticlly join your team! PS sorry if the explenation is VERY long......

Then 5 more floors of Miracle Sea, then a cutscene involving an angry Gyarados trying to take over the Phione. Beat him, and the Phione will give you the Dew. After Manaphy's cured and leaves, you can go back and recruit a Phione, automatically.
