He left the group to join another band called zuma 2 but they didn't get any hits. so he after 1989 he settled down with his wife, had a baby and now currently owns a landscape business in the San Fernando Valley area. he is not really doing much business but his surviving. i heard all of this from a youtube user who still keeps in contact with him.
