Kreacher led the house elves into the Battle of Hogwarts. He wasn't mentioned among the dead so it is presumed that he survived.
Technically, Kreacher was still Harry Potter's house elf, so it may be that Kreacher helped out in the Potter's household or that Harry asked him to stay at Hogwarts or that Harry released him to Hogwarts.

∙ 12y agoAll of Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes were destroyed and the wand he was using truly belonged to Harry Potter. When Voldemort cast the curse, and Harry cast his, the wand Voldemort was using saw its true master and left Voldemort's hand to enter Harry's which left Voldemort defenceless against the incoming curse so he died.
Harry went on the live a happy life with Ginny Weasley and his three children; James Sirius, Albus Severus and Lily Luna. He became head of the Auror Department and tracked down all the escaped Death Eaters.
