Not really. Twilight and the human Flash Sentry share a dance, but then Twilight returns to Equestria, and will probably never return to the human world. Back in Equestria, Twilight clearly has a crush on the pony Flash Sentry, but she denies it. It has been stated by one of the writers that Flash Sentry will not be making an appearance in season 4.
