What happens in the epilogue of Harry Potter?

Harry and Ginny are married with 3 kids- Albus Severus, Lily Luna, and James Sirius Potter. There, they meet Ron and Hermione who are married, with their 2 kids- Rose and Hugo. James is going to his 2nd year at Hogwarts, and Albus and Rose are going in their 1st year. Harry and Ron see Draco Malfoy with his wife (Astoria Greengrass) and son, Scorpius. Before Albus gets on the Hogwarts Express, Albus is talking to his dad and says he is afraid that he will get put into Slytherin. But Harry says that he will not care if Albus is put in Slytherin.

(Harry's job is: reshuffled Auror department, and later rises to head of that depeartment. Ginny's job is: after leaving Hogwarts, she joins the pro Quidditch team Holyhead Harpies. Then retires to be senior correspondent for the Daily Prophet. Ron's job is: he works with George at Weasley's Wizards Wheezes for a while, but then quits to become an Auror. Hermione's job is: She starts out in the Department for Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, but then movies higher up to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement.)
