Its not in Sonic Heroes, Plain and simple. You're wasting your time if you think this stage is in Sonic Heroes. When You collect all the emblems, all it earns you is Super Hard Mode.
You have to collect all the Chao in each zone (there are 10 hidden in the 3 acts in each zone, plus one on the zone map. You can find how many are in where by going into the Sonic Factory and going into the Chao Garden and pressing select). Then, you need to go into act one of that zone and collect the special key. Then, find the special spring somewhere on the map, and that will take you to the special stage. If completed, you get a Chaos Emerald. There are Seven in all. Once all Chaos Emeralds are found, Complete Final Zone with Sonic as the Leader and you will be taken to the Extra Zone with Super Sonic.
Time. Classic Sonic exists in the Genesis era. Modern Sonic exists in the Play/Wii/60 era The only reason they're together in the next game is because of time holes that send them throughout time.
The time eater. It is a monster that eggman created and is the reason how modern sonic met classic sonic .
They are stones that erected during the time period of neolithic period
No in sonic Cd there is no chaos emeralds but time stones And the time stones only grant you a better future Not super sonic.
Wait for her to collect the memoirbillia (bad spelling i kno) and the next time you see her she should say she has collected them and they will be available to see in the gallery.
To get a good future in an act, you must go to the past and destroy a robot generator. If you did it in acts 1 and 2, then act 3 (boss act) will have a good future as well. To the best ending, collect all the time stones (in the special stages), or by getting a good future in all acts. If you collect all the time stones, then you will have a good future for the rest of the game.

Sonic rescued Amy from Metal Sonic while stopping Dr Robotnik from stealing the Time Stones on Little Planet.
Over time, you get achievements when you collect enough.
This is not possible. Sonic collects the Time Stones, not the Chaos Emeralds. Besides, the concepts of Sonic CD were being drawn up before Sonic 2, the game which introduced the super form. So, like Sonic 1, the concept of Super Sonic hadn't even been invented when the game was being created.

Um, by the creators. But, in the games, Sonic must collect the seven Chaos Emeralds, when he has all of them, he can transform into the mighty Super Sonic! But Sonic uses alot of power in this form, so he can only keep it for a short time.
they collect dust
You can't. You can get time stones though. To get one, you have to walk into the goal with 50 (or more) rings. Jump into the giant ring and defeat all the UFO's. You should now get a time stone. When you get all 7 time stones, you get the special ending and you get the good future in every level.
Yes, but he only made one appearance. If you link together Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles, you get Sonic 3 & Knuckles, a game that is a combo of the two, including all levels playable as all characters (Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Sonic & Tails), and a new set of emeralds to collect on top of the chaos emeralds. These were the hyper emeralds. Collect them all and get 50 rings to unlock hyper sonic. Hyper sonic is super sonic but much faster, and with a double jump ability. You sacrifice your super sonic ability as you pursue the hyper emeralds. There is also a secret ending to the game with all of the hyper emeralds. Sonic 3 & Knuckles is my all time favorite Sega game, and I've played all of the Sonics.
