Well i don't think it really maters but its better if you save the game before entering for Palkia like i didnt know if you had to catch Dialga or not so i accidentally made it faint and i ears-ed my game so if you had your game saved a very short time i would erase it if i were you because i thought it would be cool to have a legendary Pokemon in my game but you don't have to. Oh and you Dialga i caught in Pokemon diamond.
