Neither of Harry's grandfather's were ever officially given a name in the books.

His paternal grandfather is briefly mentioned in Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone when Harry sees him in the Mirror of Erised, and we know from Deathly Hallow's that he was in Gryffindor like both James and Harry, but beyond that, we don't really know anything else about him. There is really nothing at all significant that we know about his maternal grandfather either.
