from our investigation, we have learned that lohan who is currently in a conflict with mega rich 34 year old italian businessman, over her name being used in a song ellis wrote, is not their first conflict.
he also had a run in with lohan on his malibu beach property some time ago that ended with bad words spoken.
ellis has had run ins with others, including an ongoing run in with christina applegate, also with Sylvester Stallone wife, sally fields, brittney spears, phil spector, nike shoe corp., with several media reporters worldwide, and most recently with paris hilton, who ellis recently publically refered to her as a talentless bimbo.
yet, ellis has many many political, celebrity,and business friends worldwide including many from Hollywood and malibu.

∙ 11y agorecently we reported that mega rich 34 year old italian businessman, sean c ellis and lindsay lohan are at odds over the use of lohans name in a song ellis wrote ,sang, and will soon release. it is called-"lupe,let us dance". in our recent report we stated that lohan demands to meet with ellis to discuss that sone, with her name in it. we have just comfirmed that lohan and elllis have agreed to meet next week in malibu california, before ellis heads to bakersfield calif. on business. we have also learned that ellis and lohan have previously had a run in on ellis malibu property,back some time ago. surprisingly, from a good source, we have learned that lohan always had a "crush" on the handsome 34 year old ellis, and would like to date the single ellis, even after she has had run ins with ellis.perhaps lohan demands to meet with ellis, is not just to discuss her name being used in his song, but may have another agenda to meet with ellis.
we again were able to talk to ellis , via the phone, in the cayman islands, and asked him about lohan "crush" on him.ellis replied that he is not interested in dating ms. lohan, except to respond to her complaint about her name being used in his song, soon to be released. he went on to say no matter what her complaint is, he will still release the song with her name in it. ellis said that lohan is not his type. he said she has much too much baggage and other issues. we asked ellis if he is dating anyone now and he replied no, he is too busy with business.
we asked him about lupe perez, who was previously planning to marry ellis. he replied "lupe is a wonderful woman and things didnt work out at the time, but he hoped one day to talk to her again" we asked him about an incident in england recently with a female membeer of the royal family. recently ellis was seen having diner at an upscale english restaurant, with pippa middleton, sister of kate middleton, who is married to Prince William. pippa , the young attractive sister of of kate came out of the restaurant arm in arm with ellis and got into ellis limo. reporters tried to ask them questions, but they just smiled , said nothing and got into the limo. when we contacted ellis recently, and asked him about tippa and him, ellis replied-"it was only a diner date, he is not dating her, and the media is making a big deal of it all,ellis said.
he said he will meet with lohan in a couple days and he told us to look for a news release soon, from his office, about his bakersfield cal. business expansions. he told us to buy his new song when it is released.
